1. How much students need to earn ? Do you decide on minimum limits ? You must make the students to stop too much earning.
2. How to earn students dont know.. so they start earning illegaglly and start looting people ? ..You are making and legitimising them to loot ?
3. Whether students must earn money ? .. This is not a issue. Everybody knows this. ( Is it practiced ? How much is the practice ? ZERO ! NO body does this ..)
4. What is the need for students to earn money ? .. Students Suvida and Saukaryas are taken care. Those things are taken care anyhow. Then what is the need for earning money !
5. You are unnecessarily limiting to small focus - EARNING - looisng bigger and bigger circle ? Holistic approach is lost due to earning approach taken?
6. Why hurry for earning by the students ! Every student anyhow will earn in due course. You can see number of students settling down in after their studies . Hence, earning focus is not needed. What the students need is VALUE EDUCAITON. They must be taught how much to be earned taught. Teach them not to earn more. They dont need SKILL educaiton, and also earning education
7. Mandi is essentially Selling and Exchange of goods. It is wrong thing you are engaging the students. What is needed is PRODUCITON and CREATION. not exchange ?
7. Dont focus your work on one segment called 'Students - Earning ' . Think people, family, society. Have big picture . Dont miss that.
7. Check what is happening to your students ? They earn so much money after they passed out from NITIE, but finally they are not happy in life ? Is it not your earning trg. made them like that ! They have so much of wealth only because you inititaited them into it. Make a project and see..
8. Dont sway awayed by the examples like Baba Amte.. Gandhi. They are not full fledged. You need to foucs on 'Jeevan Vidya ' by Tyagi only. It is comprehensive.
